Job Brief: 

As a Corporate & Leadership Development Lead who will oversee the entire corporate and leadership development program process. This role involves providing consultation and advisory support to enhance the performance of the stakeholder team, crafting employee development initiatives, and assessing their positive impact on the organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Foster relationships with diverse stakeholders through consultative efforts aimed at enhancing employee skills and capabilities.
  • Present actionable recommendations for employee growth initiatives to be carried out by stakeholders.
  • Develop curriculum and employee training programs for corporate learning and leadership development, employing a variety of effective approaches.
  • Oversee the practical application of training in the field to ensure that the acquired skills can be readily put into action; when necessary, consider alternative development approaches alongside traditional training methods.
  • Deliver training materials aligned with your expertise.
  • Manage digital learning within the corporate scope to ensure the effectiveness of its implementation
  • Assess the impact of development programs on enhancing employee performance through systematic evaluation.
  • Generate regular reports on employee development, serving as a valuable resource for collecting strategic organizational data.
  • Actively participate in various strategic HR projects; such as: company culture development  

What You Will Need:

  • Possess a university degree from a recognized institution.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of at least 5 years of work experience in the field of talent & leadership development.
  • Have a background in overseeing corporate programs and leadership development initiatives.
  • Exhibit expertise in conducting end-to-end L&D processes, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), curriculum design, module development, and impact assessment.
  • Experienced in managing employee learning using Learning management system (LMS)
  • Hold a certification in coaching skills.
  • Display effective communication and persuasion abilities when engaging with diverse stakeholders in consultation and advisory roles.
  • Excel in analytical thinking, proficiency with spreadsheets, delivering compelling presentations, and communicating fluently in English.
