Job Role & Summary Corporate Finance Manager

This role requires a self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Assist in all aspects of the Company’s corporate actions, including developing the company’s presentation, clearly communicating the aggressive growth agenda, financial modeling, due diligence, and closing & integration activities. Supporting the development of the company’s growth, including identifying new initiative and strategy especially in ICT. Understand the company business and build the business case for specific opportunities by identifying market potential, cost outlay, the investment return, and funding needs. Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry to identify attractive growth opportunities for the company.   Responsibilities :

• Work with senior management and business units to determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet these goals.
• Develop financial models and company’s presentation that help guide the decision-making process for long-term strategic planning with relation to revenue / cost drivers and new business initiatives.
• Analyse projections with respect to various operating strategies, shareholder value measures, and other metrics or objectives
• Analyse financial and operational data, draws conclusions and presents recommendations on decisions and actions.

 Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business or a related field required.
• Minimum 2 years or more of working experience in related field
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
• Finance / Investment Bank / Private Equity / Venture Capital / Top-Tier Consultancy / Big-4 with M&A, PE / VC deals, IPO, Deals Advisory experience required.
• A passion for finance, with a strong interest in M&A and corporate finance.
• Fundraising experience and M&A execution experience, including managing due diligence and transaction documentation processes.
