Role

AwanTunai is looking for a Corporate Communication Sr Associate / Jr Manager who will manage and orchestrate all internal and external communications to foster a consistent and positive point of view among all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies, including assisting HR with employer branding
  2. Facilitate effective communication and foster strong relationships with investors.
  3. Collaborate effectively with the internal teams (e.g Marketing) to develop internal communication and campaigns, while maintaining open communication to senior management.
  4. Suggest, create and enhance promotional materials and copies, including brochures, videos, and social media posts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  5. Proofread and edit promotional materials and copies such as press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.
  6. Conduct research and interview, if necessary, in order to create and develop a clear and concise copy. 
  7. Actively seek opportunities for unpaid brand and profile building, maintaining positive relationships with key media professionals.
  8. Address inquiries from the media and other external parties in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Monitor media coverage and stay informed about industry trends to proactively shape the company’s corporate communication strategies.
  10. Prepare and submit comprehensive corporate communication reports detailing activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
  11. Manage ad hoc ESG and/or CSR initiatives.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalistic, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
  2. Proven 5  years of work experience within corporate communication, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of corporate communication practices and strategies. Experience in startup environments will be an advantage.
  3. Proficiency in essential software, such as Google Suite. Experience in designing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator) will be an advantage.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling and effective messages.
  5. Verbal and written proficiency in English & Bahasa is a must.
  6. Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team environment.
  7. Precision and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all communication materials and strategies.
