In general, this position will be responsible for product development, menu planning, and maintaining high-quality standards to meet the specific needs of B2B partners in the hospitality and food service sectors. This role requires a combination of culinary expertise, understanding of the B2B food service market, and good relationship with B2B environment to effectively serve our HORECA clients

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Diploma Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, or a related field
• 5 years of professional culinary experience is required, with at least 3 years in team leader role within the HORECA or food service industry
• Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and flavour profiles with the ability to create both traditional and innovative dishes
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 
• Working Location : Bali

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Act as the main culinary point of contact for HORECA clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met through tailored culinary solutions.
• Work with the sales team to maintain stronger relationships with clients, providing support for special events, menu updates, or seasonal changes.
• Provide training, demonstrations, and culinary expertise to clients to enhance their food service offerings.
• Work closely with the sales and product development teams to create new food products tailored for the HORECA market.
• Ensure all demo menu items are prepared using high-quality ingredients, our own products, and adhere to food safety standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques to ensure menus remain current and appealing to HORECA clients.
• Research and experiment with new products and preparation methods that can enhance the offering for B2B clients.
