As a Corporate Affairs Manager you will be responsible for two main area and others requested duties.

Firstly, Stakeholder Management, to prepare strategy, engagement plan also managed and execute community development activity in the operation region as part of Stakeholder Engagement Strategy. Operation region is defined as area where the operation operates, such as provincial, regency or municipal.

Secondly, responsible for cascading Sustainability Strategy into program implementation and community development activities in the region.

Corporate Affairs Manager also serve as a person in charge and liaison officer between external stakeholder and Company. Support Regional Corporate Affairs Manager regarding with risk management and continuous positive Corporate’ reputation growth in regional area.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organize and implement Corporate Affairs’ strategy.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and analysis on operation region level.
  • Provide Key Stakeholder Engagement plan, brief and conduct regular review on Local Stakeholder Mapping.
  • Collaborate and align with external stakeholders on Sustainability Program implementation to ensure specific impacts from executed programs.
  • Analyze potential issue from external and internal in operation region level and monitor issue both offline and online source.
  • Involve and collaborate in permit and license application.
  • Develop and initiate operation region advocacy and engagement activity.
  • Execute advocacy and engagement activity.
  • Execute Internal Communication Engagement activities at their respective area.
  • Provide analysis on Company response to external stakeholder when crisis arise.
  • Provide Crisis Monitoring

Education Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably majoring in Public Policy, Public Relation & Communication or any others relevant discipline with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university.

Professional experience

  • Minimal 5 years working experience in Corporate Affairs
  • Experiences in managing Sustainability initiatives and programs.
  • Proven track record on Community Development Activities

Qualifications

  • Have a good communication skill both verbal and written in English.
  • Data management skill.
  • Have an excellent engagement skills and networking experience.
  • Have an excellent analyzing skill.
  • Excellent writing skill.
  • Excellent managerial and organizational abilities with attention to details: managing work program and projects, and developing briefs, plans and procedures.
  • Ability to work with management, employees, media, and the larger community.
  • Multinational company background is preferable.
  • Exposure in both Government, Journalist, Consultant & Corporate is preferable
