Job description & requirements

Responsibility:

• You are going to deliver product that related to core banking services, as part of SME NEO bank
• You are going to communicate and coordinate closely with Finance and accounting team, for each core banking related project
• Collaborate with other PMs, Tech team and other stakeholder to provide the best implementation solution for all of the features that are connected to the core banking.
• Anticipating user requirements, risks, and the need for frequent and clear communication, create clear and comprehensive product documentation in order to help to build solutions as per the objective.
• Administer, support, and maintenance of Core Banking system application to its works effectively and efficiently to support banking operations.
• Ensure optimization of the use of the existing core banking system that can help increase and give better support for all the banking activities.
• Furthermore, you will support to develop outstanding systems with high stability and reliability to provide products with the best user experiences.

Requirement:

• 5 years’ recent experience in a banking  industry functional business area with strong working knowledge of banking business processes, core processing systems, and managing project for technical and business solutions.
• Have experience in core banking system (Preferred Mambu)
• Ability to perform in super agile environment with fast paced, high stress design process and minimum supervision
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning skills to understand end user’s requirements and transform into operational application and technical alternatives.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and experience leading application development efforts.
• Strong communication skills and a balanced personality. You feel comfortable talking to different stakeholders from different departments inside and outside the company
