Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Core Area Leader (IKEA Surabaya) di tempat usaha IKEA Indonesia untuk kota/kab Surabaya & Jawa Timur serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Manajemen – Area/Multi-lokasi (Ritel & Produk Konsumen) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Having a knowledge, confidence, responsibility, authority and desire to support customer payment and that they achieve this in an efficient and simple way.

• Ensure the shop is in excellent shape as new and fully and efficiently stocked with the four merchandising basics in place at all times and that the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customer

• Take responsibility for your department goals and secure that your action plan ensures the country priorities are implemented in your store. You follow up and take action accordingly by using proven solutions and good examples.

• You actively offer all the services available in the IKEA store to help customers make informed choices, which result in a better shopping experience for them. Ensure IKEA store is a safe and secure environment at all times for visitors and colleagues.

• Identify customer needs by asking the right questions and advise them on the best solutions for their homes in order to exceed their expectations. Ensure customers have an amazing shopping experience.

We want you to be a person who:

· Experience 3 – 5 years as Sales Manager Area.

. Experience of working in a customer-focused service industry. Experience of using knowledge of customer shopping behavior to develop business plans.

· Knowledgeable of setting and implementing long term strategic plans, setting budgets and following up goals.

· Experience of actively selling through understanding your customers and their needs.

· Financial Interest in what is happening within the market both locally and globally. Ability to quickly develop knowledge of the local market and business conditions.

· Ability to communicate confident§ and clearly in English.

· Ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives. Having strong communication skills, both in local language(s) and English.

· As you work in a store, you will be working in mixture of days and placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur
