Key Responsibilities

Creative Writing & Content Development

  1. Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, press releases, and ads.

  2. Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and campaign messaging.

  3. Ensure copy aligns with each brand’s unique voice and identity.

Collaboration & Ideation

  1. Work closely with Creative Manager and design team during brainstorming sessions.

  2. Collaborate with Social Media Specialist to create engaging captions and scripts.

  3. Provide copy support for pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations.

Brand Voice & Consistency

  1. Partner with Creative and Digital Marketing teams to ensure content, ads, and creative assets reflect brand tone and objectives.

  2. Work with retail, events, and operations teams to translate brand strategy into customer-facing experiences.

  3. Align with PR and partnership teams to maximize media visibility and collaborations.

Market Research & Analytics

  1. Develop and maintain brand tone of voice guidelines for in-house brands.

  2. Adapt writing style across diverse industries (hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, events).

  3. Ensure consistency across all communication touchpoints.

Editing & Proofreading

  1. Review content for grammar, clarity, and alignment with campaign objectives.

  2. Provide copy editing support for creative, digital, and account teams.

Trend Awareness & Research

  1. Research audience behaviours, pop culture references, and industry trends to inform tone and creative direction.

  2. Benchmark against competitor campaigns to ensure content relevance.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

  2. 2–4 years experience in copywriting (agency or lifestyle/hospitality industry preferred).

  3. Strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form content.

  4. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (bilingual copywriting is a strong advantage).

  5. Familiarity with SEO-driven content writing.
