As a CRO Executive, you will be responsible for Conversion Rate Optimization of our onsite traffic coming from Organic and Paid channels to join our Programs.

More specifically, you will:

• Research, plan, and conduct A/B tests based on solid hypotheses to increase the conversion rate of landing pages and lead-gen forms
• Execute your testing plan, including the copy & design elements
• Monitor, analyze, and record the outcomes of the tests
• Identify successes, failures, and trends, and effectively communicate these findings
• Maintain a constant awareness of all competitor and industry activity
• Support other teams by providing them with landing pages and forms needed for every project

Requirements:

• Superb research & strategic skills – You’re expected to be very strong at conducting research and formulating a strategy based on the findings
• Impressive copywriting skills – You have top-tier writing skills and a proven track record of creating high-converting copies
• A keen eye for design and adequate design skills – We are looking for people with a high bar for aesthetics and able to execute the design using basic design software such as Figma
• Highly creative – creating test and improvement plans requires not only research but also a creative mindset and constant outside-the-box thinking. You will be expected to constantly come up with innovative ideas to execute
• Problem-solving skills – Able to come up with practical solutions. Proven ability to perform relevant data analyses, draw key insights, and use data to form and execute a strategy
• Understand the general knowledge of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to: Paid Channels (Paid Social Media, SEM, Youtube Ads, and GDN), Organic Channels (SEO, Content Marketing, and social media organic), and Retention channels (CRM/Email Marketing).
• Confident with your time and project management skill – You will be working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, so you will need to manage your time between tasks and continuous improvement.
• Growth mindset – willingness to learn and improve. You are unhappy with business as usual. You are constantly looking at new opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your work and how things are done.
