Dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Contract Review Assistant [Mandarin Speaker] di kantor PT DyKa Konsultama untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang kami butuhkan adalah Pelayanan & Pengacara / Asisten Legal serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description

  1. Reporting to team leader of contract commerce manager
  2. Develop and implement relevant rules/policies/processes, resolve the most important issues in the business domain, and develop cases or problem resolution guidelines.
  3. Support account department in organize review and SDT decision-making.
  4. Regularly tracking the task of the account and ensure the task implement in time.
  5. Support and analyze the related data of review and decision making
  6. Participated in bidding projects of telecom operators in Indonesia, developed commercial and legal solutions, responded to commercial and legal bidding, and developed bidding documents.
  7. Organize contract review in the bidding and contract negotiation phases, organize decision-making teams at all levels to make decisions on contracts, and manage the decisions in a closed-loop manner.
  8. Participate in contract negotiation based on the specified negotiation objectives and strategies, mitigate contract risks, and ensure contract quality.
  9. Participate in contract review and contract quality assessment to ensure the accuracy of commercial and legal solutions and contract quality.

Requirement

  1. Min education is Bachelor (Law Major, English Major, Mandarin Major etc.), Have legal or Purchasing or commercial experience is preferred.
  2. Fluent in English is a must, fluent in Mandarin is needed.
  3. Knowledge and skills that must be mastered in the contract commerce domain, such as basic telecom knowledge, commercial, legal, and financial knowledge, communication and expression skills in English/Chinese language, telecom contract reading and writing knowledge and skills, operational tools and processes, and customer understanding and communication.
  4. Skilled at Microsoft Office, especially Excel, & PPT.
  5. Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent.
  6. Have professional background in international economy and trade, international financial investment, international economic law, international engineering management, etc.
  7. Fluent English listening, reading, speaking, writing and translating skills; Bilingual skills in Chinese and English are preferred;
  8. Strong analysis and communication skills; Teamwork spirit;
  9. Work experience in the procurement department, legal affairs department, and contract department of a telecom operator is preferred
