Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the tender process schedule for all projects to meet the development objectives of KIK.
• Monitor and control the schedules of tender processes of all projects to ensure the timelines are met. 
• Manage the tender process according to the procedures laid down by the company i.e., prequalification of contractors, calling of tenders and quotations, review submissions, organize tender interviews, conduct tender evaluations and put up recommendations for awards.
• Oversee the appointment of design consultant, i.e. determination of the design scope, deliverables and requirements, formulation of RFP (Request for Fee Proposal), evaluation of submitted fees, recommendation and award. 
• Review all drawings and specifications prepared by consultants. 
• Supervise the administration all work contracts involving the preparation and issuance of letter of awards, contracts, purchase requisitions/purchase orders, checking of variation orders and claims, certification of completed works and invoices to ensure correct payments to the contractors without undue delay.
• Prepare and monitor monthly records of project costs, payment and cash flow, etc.
• Set up the update records of construction and material cost data.
• Lead and supervise all staff of Contract Department. 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architecture Engineering.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English (Must be Fluent)
• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience as contract manager for a corporation, developer or owner industrial park, commercial, township development, etc.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft office applications, AutoCAD and planning/scheduling programs.
• Preferably Senior Manager/Manager specialized in Engineering -Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Familiar with construction (material & Equipment) cost data, tender process and terms and conditions of construction contract.
• Experience in cost evaluation and analysis and other tender evaluation frameworks considering Price, Quality, and Productivity.
• Must be self-driven with a good sense of urgency.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
