Looking for a Contract Logistics Solution Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of logistics solutions for our clients. They will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, analyse data and develop customised solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Description

• Develop and implement logistics solutions for clients in various industries, including warehousing, transportation, and supply chain management.
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique logistics requirements and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
• Analyse data and develop customised solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Monitor and manage the performance of logistics solutions, ensuring that they meet or exceed service level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, and apply them to continuously improve logistics solutions.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract logistics management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Familiarity with logistics software and technology, including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and supply chain analytic.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and manage logistics solutions.
