Job Description

• Leading and coordinate all of continuous improvement activities such as continuous improvement projects management, advisory role and change management, and performance indicator management
• Continuous Improvement Implementation
• Clearly defines program objective and scope
• Appropriately implements principles of governance
• Implement performance indicator and establishes focus groups
• Regularly monitoring the implementation of solutions to achieve objective and expected benefits. Responsible for cost saving initiatives
• Operational Excellence Knowledge
• Defining, developing, and implementing dashboard for operations monitoring and executive reporting of continuous improvement results
• Stimulates on going optimization of manufacturing equipment performance by utilizing expertise to analyse, monitor, troubleshooting and debottleneck current production processes to improve results.
• Establishing well defined, dedicated continuous improvement teams
• Innovation
• Applies change management and continuous improvement concepts
• Benchmark trends and practices, review practices and considers other people’s suggestions
• Networking and communication
• Liase with manufacturing community in CI proseses, in order to share best practices and develop standardized and best practices CI procedures
• Preparing report and statistics, and another part working with front line staff, indentify improvement and coaching employees on how to work more efficiently

Requirement

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering
• 3 years in experience in Continuous Improvement with lean six sigma certification (green belt minimal)
