Responsibilities :
• Able and know to make analysis, calculation and execution for production and quality efficiency;
• Conduct coordination with others section to study related with improvement or development of concept or procedures;
• Analyze problems and suggest potential improvement to the management.
• Evaluate current production processes and other processes for improvement opportunities;
• Applies lean principles end-to-end processes, line re-balancing, process re-design and throughput optimization;
• Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts into production process and other processes (mistake-proofing, ergonomic analysis, standard work instructions, problem solving, etc.);
• Provide training of continuous improvement for operators;
• Regularly update standard hours of end-to-end Operations processes.

Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
• At least 1 Year of working experience in manufacturing / garment company (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply)
• Experience in production or manufacturing process;
• Good leadership skills and communication skills;
• Highly motivation and able to work under pressure;
• Advanced computer skills (excel and power point);
• Fluent in spoken and writing English;
• Willingness to go to the factory to solve problems or collect data
• Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java
