Lowongan Kerja Cimanggis Posisi Continous Improvement Lead di PT Bayer Indonesia

JOB PURPOSE

• Continuous Improvement lead drive saving achievement and journey SC Cimanggis and engage stakeholders in the site’s continuous improvement journey. This role is expected to provide Improvement, problem solving and waste elimination expertise, lead the site’s efficiencies .

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Focused on integrate solutions through Innovation and Operational excellence tools and Method.

• Facilitate the creation and implementation of site OEE improvement roadmap.

• Create framework, Analysis, Guideline and ensure the implementation of saving journey at the site level.

• Create innovation framework at site level. Once established, the role is expected to assume stewardship of innovation process and drive value creation from innovation projects through coordinating stakeholders and supporting each project.

• Lead/coach the innovation by inspiring our members and other stakeholders, both in a facilitation and technical capacity.

• Facilitate and provide support to a number of working groups which bring members together to research, test and integrate innovations into their standards systems. The scope of innovation will work closely with colleagues focused on related topics such as traceability and monitoring and evaluation.

WHO YOU ARE

• Education

    Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/Technology/Engineering/Management or other adequate academic degree

• Relevant experiences

    3-7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement activities, with proven and successful in lean six sigma project. Having knowledge and interesting with Production system (e.g. Lean Manufacturing, six sigma, etc.)

• Main competencies for the job 

    Customer focus, leadership, coaching, negotiation, managing complexity, plan & align, drive result.

• Communication

    Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must
