Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Content Quality Assurance Officer di perusahaan Yayasan Bina Nusantara untuk kota/kab Jakarta Barat atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami inginkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan berikan cukup lumayan menurut dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Job Description 

  • Keep track and record all information related to timeline monitoring
  • Propose/revise regulation to calculate the point as reward or sanction
  • Maintain and enhance internal control systems (i.e., update audit programs, questionnaires evaluation, propose recommendation of new policies and procedures)
  • Maintain appropriate specification documentations for all R&D projects, including course id and version for all product, form product (complain, suggestion), curriculum list, Content Development’s Partner courses right, e-learning account, and other related documents.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and report Content Development products/contents for revision or freeze.
  • Open/freeze product in information system for Content Development’s Partner.
  • Ensure readiness of all teaching materials for the next academic year (including lesson plan, grading sheet, teacher guidance, teacher test, student material, student exam, student project implementation, other add-on material)
  • Keep and upload all teaching material to information system, e-learning, and other content management system.
  • In team, analyze students’ portfolios and propose plan in relation with curriculum goal.
  • Collaborate with Content Development team and Education Professional Development team to prepare teacher’s training activities.
  • Create and provide e-learning access account (for teacher and school student).
  • Organize teacher training administration process with Infrastructure & Resources Staff, (i.e., schedule, room, hardware and software, and other related things)
  • Prepare all printed material for teacher including lesson plan and related books.
  • Keep track and gather schedule and documents from teachers/schools/partners (i.e., academic calendar, academic document, modified lesson plan from, student’s exam and scoring, project portfolio)
  • Review promotion materials from student project portfolio prior to distribution to Sales & Marketing department.

Management Support Activities:

  • Provide Report to direct Supervisor
  • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
  • Perform activities related to Quality Management System
  • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Work Exposure/ Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
