THE POSITION

What you will do

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Content Marketing Manager. In general, you will overseeing marketing strategies that engage customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the product or services.

• Develop a communication strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
• Cooperate with the growth team to create marketing collaterals, communication, and monitor its effectiveness over time.
• Manage the daily activities of a content team composed of copywriters and content writers.
• Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year, that aligns with the brand communication and SEO purpose.
• Create and publish engaging content.
• Edit, proofread, and improve writers’ posts.
• Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.
• Manage content distribution to all channels to increase goal conversions.

The required skills

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

• Experience in writing, blogging, and marketing communication field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content strategy management.
• Have a strong portfolio in managing content and a team by delivering highly result-driven content.
• Familiarity with the way to communicate to the user based on marketing channels.
• Excellent writing skills in English and an ability to read copy in English.
• Attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Starting from these thoughts, we decided to run an edutech company since 2015, formerly known as Squline, and based in Jakarta. CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
