Butuh cepat!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Contact Center Operational Manager di tempat usaha PT Visionet Data Internasional untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Pelayanan & Layanan Pelanggan serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan syarat yang kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup bersaing tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

  • Developing objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities
  • Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
  • Collecting and analyzing call-center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.) and adjust processes to meet or exceed goals
  • Answering representative’s questions, guiding agents through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives
  • Leading team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls representatives are receiving, educating, and coach workers regarding processes and practices, and explain expectations to employees
  • Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals
  • Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed
  • Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations.
  • Work with other management team members to develop call center objectives, keeping profitability and efficiency in mind
  • Lead team meetings and coach and motivate team members
  • Analyze call center data and prepare reports for upper management
  • Evaluate staff effectiveness and performance annually or on an as-needed basis
  • Create weekly reports

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in any major
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
  • Decisiveness and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc
  • Experience in customer service is required
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
  • Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
