Dibutuhkan. loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Construction Supervisor - High Rise Building di tempat usaha PT Metropolitan Land Tbk untuk kota/kab Bekasi & Jawa Barat atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Teknik Sipil/Struktural (Teknik) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree ( S-1) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

  • Able to coordinate with Manager regarding control and monitoring consultants and contractors work.

  • Proven experience Engineering (Civil) at least 3 years (preferably from Consultants or Developer Company).

  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

  • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design types of high-rise building, houses , mall, and hotel.

  • Have a good ability to lead, committed, organized, analytical, and dynamic team player, Target oriented, have the leadership skills, problem solving, and integrity.

  • Visual awareness and an eye for detail, good communication and project management skills.

  • Autocad, Etabs, Ms.Office.

  • Between 25 to 35 years of age.

  • Willing to be based in the head office and travel or visit to site projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the project management team to ensure the project running smoothly based on the plan

  • Acquiring resources , and coordinating team member, contractor, subcontractor and consultant

  • Manage and oversee the entire construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any deviations from the planned schedule or budget and implementing corrective actions.

  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality, and safety practices, and provide guidance and support to construction teams.

  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of project activities, including progress reports, change orders, and project closeout documentation.
