Butuh cepat. loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Construction Assistant Manager (Electrical) di tempat usaha PT DYNAMIC NAGAMAS POWERINDO untuk domisili Batam & Kepulauan Riau serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan adalah Teknik Elektro/Elektronik (Teknik) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

  2. Preferred 2–3 years of experience (Experienced in Construction / Shipyard / Data Center is an Advantage)

  3. Fluent in Mandarin (Spoken and Written) for Effective Interaction With All Project Stakeholders.

  4. Has a Deep knowledge of High/Medium/Low Voltage Systems, Switchgears, Transformers, Generators, and LV cable testing procedures.

  5. Proven Leadership Skills With The Ability to Manage a Team of Specialist Testing Leads/Engineers.

  6. Good planning, Scheduling, and Organizational Skills for High-Volume Testing Environments.

  7. Superior Problem-Solving, Analytical Skills, and Strong Initiative to Drive Results Autonomously.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Management
    Lead and manage the on-site testing team, which includes four leads focused on electrical equipment testing and one lead dedicated to LV cable testing.

  2. Planning & Scheduling
    Develop comprehensive testing and commissioning schedules, daily plans, manpower allocation, and task assignments to optimize workflow and meet critical project milestones.

  3. Stakeholder Coordination
    Act as the primary technical point of contact for the Consultant, Owner, and other Contractors, chairing meetings and ensuring alignment on testing protocols and status.

  4. Execution Oversight & Control
    Maintain full control over all testing arrangements, ensuring proper procedure adherence and resource deployment across the site.

  5. Full Accountability
    Take complete ownership and accountability for the successful and safe completion of all planned testing activities under your supervision.

  6. Issue Management & Problem Solving
    Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical and logistical testing issues; drive immediate corrective actions and show strong initiative to prevent delays.

  7. Reporting
    Ensure all test documentation (FAT/SAT reports) are accurately compiled, reviewed, and submitted promptly.
