Pengalaman yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Pengapalan/Pengurusan Transportasi (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Job descriptions:

  1. Process pricing requests for global, strategic and local accounts for international businesses.
  2. Effectively handle pricing for LCL delivery pricing and fees.
  3. Manage the quotation form, pricing comparisons and price creation.
  4. Provide competitive pricing as per the sales and pricing strategy determined by the supervisor or manager for each pricing request and in accordance to the shipping profile and commitment.
  5. Ensure timely turnaround for all pricing requests and contract renewals.
  6. Monitor all win or loss rate of pricing approved and analyze the price level for future pricing adjustment and decision.
  7. Work with finance or operations to conduct post profitability analysis.
  8. Monthly or quarterly pricing trend report and as assigned by manager.
  9. Review pricing requests as requested and offer rates based on market trends for each mode/trade zone.
  10. Analyzed changes in market conditions such as capacity, competition, schedules, and fares to develop, implement and track appropriate pricing strategies.
  11. Will collaborate closely with branch and worldwide offices in developing strategy for win success ratio.
  12. Maintain pricing history for the future or cross-functional partner reference.
  13. Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to specific requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor degree in relevant field.
  2. 1-2 years relevant working experience in international freight forwarder or logistics more preferred.
  3. Fresh graduated are welcome.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  5. Analytical skills related to supply chain, logistics, and transportation.
  6. Good working knowledge in MS Office applications and computer literate.
  7. Good organizational and problem solving skills.
  8. Strong coordination skills among various work groups and with different levels.
  9. Proactive team player and able to work in a fast pace environment.
  10. Communicate accurately and in a fast-paced, team environment.
