Butuh cepat!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Concierge Associate di kantor Sunday Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Pelayanan & Layanan Pelanggan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 7.500.000 - Rp 15.000.000.

Concierge Associate

As a Concierge Associate each day, you’ll be…

Managed new as well as existing hospital providers, addressed to providers’ inquiries within 24hrs, and handled client’s needs.
Maintain an excellent relationship with providers by calling or emailing them frequently to develop business potential
Support the setting up of new or ongoing projects for the expansion of network providers in a timely manner to ensure service delivery to our clients are met within the time frame.
Monitor Service Providers performance, utilization and adherence to agreed procedures and timelines and feedback the performance to Operations team and the Service Provider.
Work closely with the Operations team and facilitate incoming requests related to Service Provider issues, a need to source additional providers, request education providers and the feedback about or from a provider.

What we would like you to have…

Min 2 years of experience working in an insurance company or broker company in a similar position, such as client relations, provider relations, claim analyst, etc.
Medical background is a plus
Familiarity with Insurtech, Insurance, and Financial Industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
