Job Summary 
The Compliance staff is responsible for supporting the Legal & Compliance Manager in implementing new laws and regulations within the Company. This includes ensuring that all departments in the Company comply with existing and prevailing laws and regulations.

What Will You Do:

• Stay abreast of recent laws and regulations including but not limited to POJK, PBI, PDP Law, etc;
• Evaluate and implement current laws and regulations to ensure company compliance in operations;
• Maintain, update, and ensure the execution of the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
• Assist the Legal & Compliance Manager in representing the company before regulators (e.g., OJK and PPATK);
• Develop presentations or materials to educate the internal team on specific compliance issues;
• Foster and sustain working relationships with team members and other departments to ensure compliance within respective divisions;
• Establish connections with relevant governmental authorities for the implementation of laws and regulations;
• Handle additional tasks as assigned; and
• Uphold the confidentiality of company information

What Are The Requirements:

• Holds a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university with a CGPA min. 3.00, and 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the P2P industry is a plus;
• Strong research skills and critical thinking abilities;
• Proficient in public speaking;
• Possesses a foundational understanding of legal corporate and Peer-to-Peer (P2P) industry concepts;
• Fluent in English, which is advantageous; and
• Demonstrates honesty, conscientiousness, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Experienced in maintaining and ensuring the execution of the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
• Demonstrates excellent analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills; and
• Possesses strong individual player capabilities and the ability to influence.
