We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Officer to manage our regulatory affairs and ensure that our products comply with all relevant regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documents for authorization from regulatory agencies such as the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM), the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes), and others, and registering all products for sales. The Compliance Officer will maintain an up-to-date database of all product authorizations and regulations, foster positive relationships with relevant government agencies, keep business units informed of the latest regulations, and assist management with any licensing-related issues.

The placement will be based at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), Jakarta Utara.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare documentation for authorization from regulatory agencies such as BPOM, Kemenkes, and others.
• Register all products for sales.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of all product authorizations and regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with relevant government agencies.
• Keep business units informed of the latest regulations and standards.
• Assist management with any licensing-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or law.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of regulations and standards related to BPOM, Kemenkes, and other relevant regulatory agencies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of database management systems.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
