Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Compliance Officer (Junior Supervisor) di kantor Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan adalah Pelayanan & Pengacara / Asisten Legal serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Hanwha Life Insurance, a most rapid growth Korea Life Insurance in Indonesia is now looking for Compliance with Junior Supervisor level. The position requires the talent to posses requirement as follows :
1. To assist and support for the Head of Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Secretary Department in delivery of advices on compliance aspects within the Company’s management and operational activities and in delivery of good handling on Company’s compliance issues, both for regulatory compliance and sales compliance.
2. As for the regulatory compliance:
a. To do gap analysis, identification of required actions, assistance for related department, and monitoring towards the prevailed implementation on regular basis in order to provide assurance on fulfillment of Company’s compliance towards applicable laws and regulations, including to provide socialization to C-levels and all employees on the newly issued regulations.
b. To prepare required policies, strategy and guidelines for establishment, enforcement and maintenance over Company’s culture of compliance, core values, ethical behaviour and resilience to fraud, including to deliver programed trainings of awareness and socializations for employees and agents.
c. To be in charge for monitoring and maintain timely reporting to OJK and relevant government institution.
d. To review Company’s agreements, insurance product, correspondence, and documents to be in line with OJK Regulations.
3. As for the sales compliance:
a. To handle any agent mis-seling case, including to perform agent investigation and provide recommendation for the improvement to Company.
b. To do the interview and background checking as required from compliance perspective during the agent recruitment process and in relation to the providing of any financing to agent.
4. To work closely with Internal Audit to perform anti-fraud implementation in the Company.
5. To coordinate with all departments to fulfill information request from regulators.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor (S1) or Master Degree (S2) must in Accounting
2. Having 2 years in the Corproate Governance and Compliance (both Sales & Regulatory Compliance) experience in Life Insurance Industry.
3. Having knowledge in preparing training materials related with culture reshaping (able to use Ms. Powerpoint)
4. Bilingual (Korean and English), with professional Mandarin proficiency, is an advantage.
