Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Compliance Manager di perusahaan PT Hanes Supply Chain Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jawa Barat atau sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang kita inginkan adalah Pelayanan & Pengacara / Asisten Legal serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Adapun kualifikasi yang kami inginkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Responsibilities:
- Designing/ Developing, implementing, and managing organization’s compliance standard.
- Ensure the factory are fully comply with social ethics & health and safety requirements, etc.
- Performing internal audit and follow-up audit on COC, C-TPAT, safety issues, and environmental issues on factory.
- Managing compliance team representatives from each department.
- Delivering employee training on compliance issues.
- Periodic data update in the system and reporting.
- Follow up findings CPAR and sustain it.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Min. 5 years of working experience as Compliance Manager/Internal Auditor in garment manufacturing company or 3rd party, role as Lead Auditor will be advantage.
- Have Understanding and Knowledge of Social compliance and Code of Conduct (implementation, monitoring & Audit).
- Have Understanding and Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, & 20121 Management System – Quality, Environmental, Sustainability (implementation, monitoring & Audit).
- Have strong leadership, analytic and problem solving.
- Good analytical thinking, and critical thinking, fast learner.
- Assertive, well planned, target oriented.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Willing to work in Jababeka – Cikarang.
