Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Community Operations Specialist di kantor Pelago untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami inginkan adalah Pelayanan & Layanan Pelanggan serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup lumayan tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Namun itu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

WHAT DOES THE COMMUNITY OPERATIONS TEAM DO? 

The Pelago Community Operations Team is in the forefront of delivering best-in-class customer experience for both customers and travel providers as well as championing for their needs. We endeavour to build trust with our customers by ensuring a smooth booking experience and providing support across the entire customer journey from travel planning & research, booking to post-booking. As a marketplace, we also take care of provider’s needs post-onboarding by providing scaled account support and driving engagement. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a positive and highly motivated Community Operations Specialist in Jakarta, Indonesia to deliver the best customer experience & support to our customers and travel providers. You will be part of the initial launch team.

You will be the point of contact for our community and be pivotal in building trusting and endearing relationships with our customers. As a Community Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver top notch, quality customer experience and support to our community
  • Proactively outreach to our customers or travel providers (merchants)
  • Manage and resolve customers and providers’ enquiries including via email/chat/phone in a prompt, helpful and friendly manner.
  • You will take ownership, work closely and collaborate with internal teams and development teams to ensure effective resolutionHandle booking processing and fulfilment duties
  • Maintain support processes and policies

WHAT EXPERTISE YOU NEED TO HAVE?

  • At least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a fast paced customer support/ account management/ contact centre/ service industry/ e-commerce/ operations environment; Experience in start-ups or tourism or hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory
  • Diploma from any field or similar qualifications
  • Excellent comprehension and communication skills
  • Able to communicate and read in both Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently to communicate with international and Indonesian customers
  • Great empathy for our users. You put the user in front of what you do, and delivering exemplary service          
  • Strong problem solving skills, you have high level of initiative                         
  • Team player with high level of energy and also able to work independently
  • Comfortable working with systems and tools, experience with Zendesk or other customer service software  
  • – Able to adapt to additional tasks or projects given at hand 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • This role will be based in Indonesia, Jakarta
  • You will be rostered in different shifts from time to time 8AM – 5PM & 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Jakarta Time). New shifts will be introduced in future. Flexibility to adapt to different shift times will be required.
  • You’ll also be required to work on staggered/ rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays to support daily operations.
