Skill yang kita inginkan ialah Perbankan – Ritel/Cabang (Perbankan & Layanan Finansial) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

1. Menjalankan program sosialisasi produk pembiayaan modal usaha berbasis syariah di wilayah kecamatan yang ditentukan.
2. Mengidentifikasi dan membangun hubungan baik dengan pelaku usaha lokal, terutama ibu-ibu yang tertarik memulai atau mengembangkan usaha mereka.
3. Mendampingi calon nasabah dalam proses pengajuan pembiayaan, memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang produk dan manfaat syariah.
4. Menghadiri pertemuan kelompok rutin nasabah untuk memberikan dukungan dan menjawab pertanyaan terkait produk dan layanan.
