Com2us Southeast Asia’s Indonesian branch is looking for a Community Manager to expand its strong and dynamic local team.

We’re looking for somebody to help with our Community Management, Customer Support and QA and also have good knowledge about games and games in the local market. 

We’re looking for somebody who are:

– Mastery of the English and Bahasa Indonesia language is a requirement. Some Korean competency would be a plus.

– Experienced and Fresh graduates are welcome to send their CV and will be considered

– Has a hand in the pulse of the local Indonesian mobile and non-mobile gaming community and market.

– Has a good knowledge of the Android and iOS handset/tablet environment and technology in general.

– Has a good knowledge and capabilities of using Google docs and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

– A good knowledge of how the internet works; technically and socially.

– Passionate about games in general and not just mobile games only.

– Have good experience on Blockchain and Blockchain based games.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

– Conceptualize and execute Community Management plans for some of our games.

– Manage our SNS based communities.

– Manage our Customer Support for supported games.

– QA our games; launched and even soon to be launched titles!

– Provide feedback to our top management through regular and irregular reports.

The environments are:

– The office is located in JL. Tomang Raya (West Jakarta) and will require daily presence.

– You will answer directly to the local General Manager.

– You will communicate with people throughout Southeast Asia and Korea and our main language for communication is English.

– Your employment will be under local laws.

– 1 year contract with renewal.

– 5 day work week!
