Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Community Liaison Officer di tempat usaha PT. Eateroo Boga Inovasi untuk domisili Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang kita butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Digital Marketing serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun kualifikasi yang kita inginkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 3.000.000 - Rp 5.000.000.

Community Liaison Officer

Do you love randomly gathering your friends to grab a coffee together? We’re looking for a Community Liaison Officer to work collaboratively with our team and to serve as a point of contact for our content creator community. You should be extroverted, a hustler, but with good Excel skills.

Note: This is a full-time position based in Jakarta (full time, non-remote).

Job Description & Expectations:

Serve as a point of contact: be comfortable dealing with content creators, influencers, and users; great verbal and written communication skills, attend offline and online events

Manage public relations: Represent Ituloh responsibly and accurately to media outlets, influencers and the general public while maintaining our brand identity

Maintain communication channels: From managing whatsapp groups to managing our email marketing funnel, you should be disciplined in keeping our communication channels current and updated and respond promptly to inquiries

Create spreadsheets for data maintenance: How many users did X this week? What % of users who did X was part of October’s campaign? You should be comfortable and fluent in Excel and be able to answer business queries with data on a spreadsheet. You should also be able to create spreadsheets as part of keepings tabs on user activities.

Schedule, create, run and report on campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team and with our influencers on a variety of campaigns while maintaining detail-oriented reporting on all campaigns (using Googlesheets, a version of Excel)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Hustler
Extroverted and detail-oriented at the same time!
Strong Excel skills
Great communication skills
Background in tech or in influencer marketing a bonus!
