Kemampuan yang perusaahan inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki syarat yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Gaji yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup bersaing menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

THE POSITION
What you will do
Currently we are looking for the position of Community Intern. In general, you need to maintain internal community & retention. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role:
· Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests
· Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
· Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics
· Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency
· Assist to develop a content plan
· Stay up-to-date with Edu-tech industry trends
· Develop current communities and generate more members
The required skills
In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:
· Last year student or fresh graduate from communication, journalism, marketing, or related field may be required
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
· Understand how to manage community platforms
· Experience planning and leading community initiatives
· Proficient in Google Analytics
· Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
· Strong writing and verbal communication skills
· Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques
· Have a good interpersonal skills

CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
