About the Role:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to priority clients and guests, ensuring a memorable first impression.

• Support client events and activities, coordinating refreshments and amenities with attention to detail.

• Maintain space readiness, ensuring the office area/lounge is well-presented, comfortable, and client-ready at all times.

• Assist with administrative tasks and coordinate closely with the Branch Service Manager and internal teams.

• Act as a trusted host, engaging clients with professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all interactions.

About You:

• 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, guest relations, reception, or customer service.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (D3/D4/S1) with strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.

• Professional image, polished demeanor, and confidence when engaging executive-level clients.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and stay proactive during quiet periods.

• High level of integrity, accountability, and trustworthiness when handling sensitive client interactions.

• Comfortable supporting events and serving in a high-touch, client-facing environment.
