About the role

Reporting into the Head of Estate Management, this is an exciting opportunity to join PT. LIPPO KARAWACI TBK’ as the Community Engagement & Reputation Management Lead based in Makassar, South Sulawesi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the local community, ensuring the company’s reputation and social license to operate in the region.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective community engagement strategies to foster positive relationships with local stakeholders

  2. Managing the company’s reputation and addressing any community concerns or issues that may arise

  3. Collaborating with internal teams to identify and execute on community investment and development initiatives

  4. Serving as the primary point of contact for community members and organizations, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  5. Monitoring local media and social media channels, and proactively addressing any negative coverage or sentiment

  6. Preparing regular reports on community engagement activities and their impact

  7. Providing strategic recommendations to senior management on community-related matters

  8. Handling all complain related to estate management

What we’re looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, customer service or estate management

  2. Minimum Graduated Bachelor Degree from any major

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

  4. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  5. Experience in developing and implementing community investment programs

  6. Familiarity with local regulations, customs, and socio-economic dynamics in the Makassar region
