Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Key Responsibilities

Apply project management principle to develop proposal/ project plan, execute and monitor the community development program refer to any related regulation and standard such as ISO 14000, ISO 26000 and ISO 37100.
implement established plan to promote good company image to the regions where the company operates in order to build and maintain a harmonious environment and effective working relationship.
Coordinates with the PGPA group to regularly conduct courtesy visits to government officials and regional community leaders to maintain effective working relationships.
Coordinates with the Project team and Asset group to identify related issues that might have an impact to the company’s business to prevent any unexpected problems to occur by following issue management approach, social impact assessment and grievance mechanism.
Performs all the necessary tasks to assess and identify the Community Development needs of the Region where the company operates by utilizing well-known approach such as PRA tools, Social and Stakeholder Mapping Analysis etc.
Assists the Team Manager Community Engagement in the developing Community Development programs that maximize the appreciation and effectiveness of community initiatives.
Implements the approved Community Development Programs based on community and development principles and practices ensuring compliance to applicable policy and procedures.
Prepares various reports for both internally as well as externally. Including conduct Community Development evaluation using Money standard (ie SROI, Logical Framework Analysis, IKM, etc)
Keeps abreast of applicable laws and regulations that apply to the function and maintains up-to-date compliance.
Builds and maintains good relationships with departments internally as well as externally with counterparts in PGE, EBTKE and other government bodies both at central departmental and regional levels.
Prepares information for news releases relating to Star Energy Geothermal business including to support Sustainability Report/ GRI standard.
Maintains accurate records on all related expenses and coordinate with Finance, ICC, SCM to ensure all transactions are within the approved budget and auditable.
Directs all safety, health and environment issues within Star Energy Geothermal to comply with international standard e.g. SMK3, PROPER, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, ISO50001, and ISO55000.
Performs all other duties as may be required by the business needs.

Job Specification

Requires a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1) preferably majoring in Communication/Social Sciences or other discipline with experience Minimum 10 years in community development/ relation function, and minimum 5 years in energy/ mining/ geothermal/ oil gas industry
Minimum 7 years in community development/ relation function, and minimum 5 years in energy/ mining/ geothermal/ oil gas industry.
