Job Summary:
Play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the organization’s communication efforts, both internally and externally. Responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to ensure consistent messaging, promote brand awareness, and maintain a positive public image for the company within the aviation industry.
 

Responsibilities:
1. Internal Communication:

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to effectively disseminate information to employees, pilots, and other internal stakeholders.
• Create engaging content for internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, email updates, and employee meetings to enhance employee engagement and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistent messaging and transparency across all internal communications.

2. External Communication:

• Manage the company’s external communication channels, including press releases, media relations, social media platforms, and the company website.
• Develop compelling content and media materials to promote the company’s services, achievements, and initiatives to external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and the media.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers to secure positive coverage and enhance the company’s reputation.

3. Crisis Communication:

• Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively manage and respond to potential crises or sensitive issues that may arise within the aviation industry.
• Act as a spokesperson for the company during times of crisis, ensuring timely and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate reputational risks.

4. Brand Management:

• Ensure all communication materials and messaging align with the company’s brand guidelines and values, maintaining consistency and professionalism across all platforms.
• Work collaboratively with the commercial team to develop and implement brand awareness campaigns and promotional activities within the aviation industry.

5. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and safety to align communication efforts with overall business objectives and priorities.
• Provide communication support for special projects, events, and initiatives as needed, contributing to the success and growth of the company.

Requirements:

• Domicile in Bali
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Experience in communications / public relations / graphic design, or marketing, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability of copy writing to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital communication tools and social media platforms.
• Ability of digital content creation, editing skills and knowledge of utilize software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Powtoon.
• Crisis communication experience is a plus.
• Passion for aviation and a commitment to promoting safety and excellence within the industry.
