Job Description Summary:

• Responsible for operational smoothness for bulk trading in terms of receiving, storing and selling as well as delivery of goods for branded products.

Job Description:

• Supervise the execution of Bulk Trading’s sales activity conducted by the local team in accordance with the direction of the Trading HO.
• To authenticate the operational smoothness, including transportation according to its area of ​​responsibility and activities of Bulk Trading and to evaluate transportation services and claim of damage and loss of goods in the shipment.
• Negotiate / provide direction to negotiate the economical cost of the dam may land transportation
• Responsible for implementation and Ensure smooth operation of receipt, storage and valuation for bulk trading, CPQ non ISCC and 13CC (No.Reg ISCC, GHG Emission, Total Certified Product) and RBD.PO non 13CC and ISCC ( Non Reg ISCC, GHG Emission, Certified Product), PK / PKE for weighbridge as a whole.
• Responsible in the implementation of activities and Ensure smooth operation of the acceptance of PK dl jetty and weighing.
• Responsible for implementation and Ensure smooth operation of receipt, storage and sale for bulk trading of acceptance activities for CPO non ISCC and ISCC (RegCC No. Reg, GHG Emission, Total Certified Product) and expenditure for RBD.PO non ISCC and ISCC (No.Reg ISCC GHG Emission, Total Certified Product) at Tank Farm as a whole,
• Responsible to provide reports and feedback to supervisor regarding operational activities related to the receipt and expenditure to and at Tank Farm.
• Cooperate with Bulking in the Office Unit in overseeing all activities of dismantling and receiving materials to and from ships.
• Responsible in signing document notice of Importation of Goods from Customs Area / BC Form to Bonded Zone (KB).
• Conduct safety regulations in accordance with applicable policies.
• Apply management system integration & effectively (ISO 9001, ISO 220O, CPPOB, SJH, ISCCI RSPO, HVO-PFAD Certification Scheme, SMK3, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001).
• Report problems that occur, related to Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to Food / Feed Safety Coordinator.
• Evaluate customer risk in the unit (together with Finance).
• Coordinate with supply chain-sales & marketing in terms of delivery of goods.

Job Requirement:

• Min Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University.
• Have 20 years experience in warehouse, Logistic Tank Farm/ storage liquid / dry, shipping , trucking , port management .
• Preferably having experience in unloading & loading dry/ liquid cargo.  
• Having experience in oil and gas company or distribution company.
• Good leadership, analytical skill, detail oriented.
• Willing to work in Tarjun, Kalimantan Selatan (remote area).
