• Made tight assestment, follow up and analyze consumer insight & various other data anlyses to come up with the necessary action and tweaks for the brand.
• Prepare the continuation of the campaign and review if the campaign still relevant or should evolve.
• Maximizing brand potential in recommending and developing consumer centric strategies which cover campaign communication, creative, budget, time frames and overall company objectives.
• Responsible for developing promotions / activities stipulated in the brand plan, developing, and coordinating all materials.
• Lead the in house & creative agency for all campaign activities related to the retailers in brand’s owned and paid channels from development to deployment.
• Accountable for developing brand social media and digital paid for retailers.
• Applied effective business partnering and communication skill to strengthen collaboration among various functions and stakeholders.

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum held a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing
• Have experience in brand building for at least 3 years would be preferable, however fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Have experience in handling ATL / BTL / TTL is preferable
• Understand brand foundation and campaign strategies
• Have experience in handling digital marketing would be preferable
• Have a good business acumen
• Agile & have strong driven for result
• Ability to work in a team & Great interpersonal skill
• Good presentation skill in both creating and presenting
• Excellent communication skill in English, both in written & spoken
• Standard Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word for professional usage is a must
• Able to use Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop would be a plus point
