Job Description

  • Develop and execute a client management strategy for Indonesia
  • Build, expand, and lead a team of commercial account managers
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities in Indonesia within the existing client management base including cross sell and upsell opportunities
  • Ensure retention of key accounts through regular account reviews, relationship management with key stakeholders
  • Drive growth via marketing initiatives such as key client events, workshops and assisting the sales team with new, large opportunities
  • Implement account review cadence and coach team of account managers
  • Monitor revenues and ensure growth
  • Put in place best practice use of systems, metrics, and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing our corporate travel proposition by taking feedback from clients, especially around specific client types (eg financial services, technology, mining and resources)
  • Monitor and manage collections with customers through regular checks of the ageing reports, to ensure our financial health and reduce risks to Traveloka
  • Develop quarterly business review decks to use with clients showcasing our value
  • Develop client testimonials and case studies showcasing our value and for use externally to attract new customers to our franchise
  • Monitor and analyze market, customer demands, and competitors, collaborating with cross-functional teams in identifying new product and service opportunities and improvements
  • Leverage partnerships with third parties such as corporate card vendors, expense management providers, risk and duty of care providers to ensure deepening of our value proposition to clients and enhancing our technology platform

Requirements

  • 10 years in B2B Sales & Marketing and >5 years at least as B2B Head of Sales Marketing or equivalent roles
  • Experience leading team of account managers and sales reps
  • Strong track record in delivering sales targets and growing top lines
  • Interpersonal and leadership skill to collaborate cross-functionally across teams
  • Experience in the Corporate Travel industry is a big plus
  • Relationship with a few sizeable corporate travel accounts is a big plus
  • Experience in sales of SaaS B2B products is a big plus
  • Ability to manage Performance Targets and willingness to visit partners and work outside the office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to travel if required
