Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Bangunan/Konstruksi & Teknik Sipil/Konstruksi Bangunan serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Contract Administrator Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Law or other related discipline (min. GPA 3.25).
– Preferably have experience in construction or engineering industries, but fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
– Excellent writing skill.
– Fluent in English both spoken and written (Mandarin speaker is preferable).
– High initiative, efficiency oriented, and strong attention to details.
– Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team.
– Have a good communication and interpersonal skill.
– Willing to be placed in project site.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
– Graduate from Civil Engineering, Architecture or related major, with Bachelor Degree or above (min. GPA 3.25).
– Fluent in English both spoken and written (Mandarin speaker is preferable).
– Preferably have experience in construction or engineering industries, but fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
– Willing to be placed in project site.
– Skilled in using Auto CAD, Ms. Office, and other construction calculation software.
– Have a good communication and interpersonal skill.
– Hard working, able to work under pressure and accustomed to tight deadlines，able to work overtime within the tender period or in accordance with the manager’s request.
Job Description:
– Draft contract.
– Read, analyze and interpret different types of contract documents.
– Review and update existing contract.
– Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
– Explain the terms and conditions of contract to managers and other relevant parties.
– Maintain organized system of physical and digital contract records.
– Handle confidential information to keep all documents secure.
– Stay up-to date with regulation changes.
Job Description:
– Calculate construction quantity based on shop drawing and by considering the actual quantity on site.
– Calculate bid quantity based on tender drawing within tight deadline.
– Conduct negotiations with vendors and project owners regarding construction quantity.
– Request for quotation from vendors for the purpose of tenders or projects.
– Coordinate with engineers related to changes in drawings and quantity updates.
– Carry out regular site visit to check the construction progress.
– Check all payments for work progress accurately and submit them in a timely manner.
– Process payments based on the construction progress on site.
