Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Collection Supervisor di perusahaan PT. Indonesia Fintopia Technology untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Perbankan / Jasa Finansial serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kita inginkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements :

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field
  2. Required language(s): English, Mandarin
  3. Spoken and written English capability is a must
  4. Preferably Supervisor specialized in Collection/telecollection experience will be a strong advantage
  5. At least 3 years of working experience in collection is required for this position
  6. Proven track of successful debt collection work experience
  7. Having ability to work accurately and independently towards a strict deadlines
  8. Enjoy working with target and under pressure
  9. AFPI certified collection supervisory or SPPI

Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Lead and control the implementation of strategy and collection activities for each team
  2. Monitor Collection Team performance and cost efficiencies
  3. Responsible for achieving collection targets/Recovery rate and productivity across team
  4. Manage Collection team in order to get higher satisfaction and lower attrition rate
  5. Adjust collection process in order to make it more efficient
  6. Ensure a good quality of collection call and complying the regulation of OJK and minimize the level of complaints
  7. Schedule working shifts of collectors reasonably
  8. Maintain relationship with collector and team building
  9. Provide statistics reports, information and feedback to Collection Manager on target achievement’
  10. Report on customer handling analysis and discuss target achievement, problems, and difficulties to Collection Manager
  11. Maintain relationship with Outsourcing Agency Partners and represent the company interests
