Segera dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Collection Manager di perusahaan PT. Indonesia Fintopia Technology untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan ialah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Perbankan / Jasa Finansial serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related major
  2. 3 – 5 years experiencesas a Collection Manager
  3. Good verbal and written communication skills
  4. Having plenty of management experience, preferable in Financial Industry Management experience and Collection Management experience
  5. Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred
  6. Having ability to work accurately and independently towards a strict deadlines
  7. Demonstrate a high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
  8. AFPI’s Certification is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Build and hiring the internal collection team by having positive thinking and positive impact on the team, proactive on the innovation to help achieve target
  2. Responsible in controlling, monitoring and coaching Collection Team and building a good relation between collection and Management
  3. Responsible in creating a strategy to achieve collection target on Collection/Recovery Rate, Productivity, Budget Control
  4. Managing Collection Team with higher satisfaction and lower attrition rate
  5. Adjust collection process in order to make it efficiency
  6. Manage the collection call in good quality according to the Code of Collection or regulation requirements and minimize the level of complaints from customer
  7. Schedule working shifts of collectors reasonably
  8. Maintain a strong focus on Collection Department, productivity, processes, systems, controls, policies, quality inspection, training and evaluation
  9. Preparing the statistic reports of Collection Department to help achieve the target
  10. Building relationship and manage outsourcing partners and represent the company interests
