As a Collection Lead, this is what you’ll do:

• Tie-up with External Collection agencies as back up for hard collection pan Indonesia.
• Build collections strategy in line with industry best practices meeting the broad objective of company.
• Develop Policy/SOP for collection.
• Ensure implementation of collections policies and risk management strategies for effective portfolio management.
• Review collections strategies, policies and procedures on a regular basis; and recommend amendments.
• Work closely with risk, operations, legal, analytics and business teams for improvement in collections and underwriting.
• Give pertinent data backed feedback to the credit team to help improve the credit policies and overall portfolio NPA.
• Ensure monthly recovery targets are met on pan-Indonesia level and by each zonal team.
• Motivate, manage and counsel the collections managers & officers to ensure their continued focus towards achievement of overall target.
• Develop and manage relations with outsourced collection agencies & vendors pan-Indonesia to help improve resolution rates for pre-write-off accounts and money collection on write-off.
• Mentoring and Handling City Collection and after sales team.
• Ensure collection and execution happens in line with the articulated code of conduct, regulatory norms and best practices.
• Manage and allocate budgets and benchmarks for the various zonal teams.
• Working with Sales team on EWS cases.
• Handling Stock and RC Audits with the help of City based team.
• Supporting Credit and Ops for Dealer Agreement stage and dealer reference checks.

What we looking for:

• Minimum 12 year of experience as Collection.
• Good knowledge of Soft Collection tools and hands-on experience.
• Good networking with banking agencies.
• Process driven and time bound.
• Team Player and good communication skills.
• Can instantly build relation and logically push for repayment.
• Prior Banking/Fintech Background is an advantage.
• Prior Military/Police connection is useful.
