Coiled Tubing Operation Manager to lead and oversee our coiled tubing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient execution of coiled tubing projects, managing operational resources, and driving operational excellence. The Coiled Tubing Operation Manager will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to our clients while maximizing operational efficiency and profitability.

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of coiled tubing operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Lead and supervise a team of coiled tubing operators, technicians, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize equipment utilization, minimize downtime, and maximize project efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and clients to understand project requirements, develop operational plans, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safety-first culture throughout the coiled tubing operations.
  • Manage and maintain coiled tubing equipment inventory, ensuring proper maintenance, inspection, and readiness for deployment.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenses, implementing cost control measures and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among the coiled tubing operations team and other departments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in coiled tubing operations, and implement relevant improvements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of quality equipment, materials, and services.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in coiled tubing operations, with a solid understanding of coiled tubing equipment, technologies, and operational processes.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, demonstrating effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the oil and gas industry, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying and implementing operational improvements.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to coiled tubing operations and reporting.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel and work in remote locations as required by project demands.
