​Job Responsibilities​

​1. Strategy and Operation Management​

• Formulate annual production plan, budget and development strategy of the factory to ensure that production capacity matches market demand.

• Supervise the overall operation of the factory to optimize production efficiency, cost control and profit margin.

• Promote technological innovation and equipment upgrade to improve coconut milk processing technology (such as sterilization, homogenization, filling technology).

​2. Production and Quality Management

• Ensure that the coconut milk production process meets food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, etc.)

• Supervise raw material procurement (fresh coconut fruit/coconut meat) and supply chain stability to reduce the risk of material shortage.

• Manage product quality, reduce defective rate, handle customer complaints and product recalls.

​3. Team and Administration Management

• Lead production, quality, logistics, equipment maintenance and other departments to optimize organizational structure and staffing.

• Develop a KPI assessment system to improve employee efficiency and teamwork ability.

• Responsible for the compliance operation of the factory to ensure compliance with local labor laws, environmental regulations and export standards.

​4. Market and customer relations​

• Analyze coconut milk market trends and adjust production strategies (such as organic coconut milk, ready-to-drink coconut milk and other segmented products).

• Maintain relationships with the government, industry associations and suppliers to obtain policy support or raw material discounts.

​Job requirements​

​1. Basic conditions​

• Age: 35-50 years old, healthy, able to adapt to factory environment and business trips.

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, food science, mechanical engineering, business administration and other related majors are preferred.

• Willing to be placed in North Sulawesi.

​2. Industry experience​

• More than 10 years of experience in the food processing industry, including more than 5 years of management experience (factory manager/production director, etc.).

• Familiar with coconut milk/coconut milk processing technology (such as UHT sterilization, aseptic filling, coconut meat grinding, etc.), those with relevant technical background are preferred.

• Understand the Southeast Asian coconut supply chain (Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam and other production areas are the best).

​3. Management ability​

• Have comprehensive management experience in factories with more than 200 people, and be good at cost control and lean production.

• Experience in export-oriented factory management is preferred (familiar with FDA, EU, Halal and other certification processes).

• Ability to respond to emergencies (such as raw material shortages, equipment failures, labor disputes).

​4. Language and skills​

• Fluent English (can handle international customer communication and English reports), Chinese is preferred.

• Worked for well-known coconut milk brands (such as Kara, Ayam Brand, Coconut Tree, etc.) or multinational food companies.

• Experience in new factory construction or production line automation transformation.
