PT South Pacific Viscose (SPV), a member of Lenzing Group Austria, is located in Purwakarta, West Java. Strategically located between the capital city of Jakarta and West Java’s capital, Bandung, Purwakarta Regency was once better known as an industrial area. As the largest viscose site of the Lenzing Group, the Indonesia site has been a producer of botanic Viscose Staple Fibers and Sodium Sulfate since 1982. Lenzing’s wood-based botanic fibers are used in the textile and nonwovens industry and manufactured with eco-friendly processes.

For the area of Energy & Utilities, we invite candidates to submit applications for the role of Coal Handling Operator, located in Purwakarta, Indonesia.

Your Ideal Profile:

• Minimum Diploma degree, majoring Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering.

• Min. 2 years of experience in coal fired power plant is preferred.

• Exceptional skills & some experience in Coal Handling system operation, Heavy equipment, such as Loader, Excavator, Dump Truck, Grab Crane & maintenance.

• Have a valid SIO, SIM B1 is Preferred.

Purpose of the job:

To operate Coal Handling Systems and its auxiliary equipment in smooth & safe operation.

Principla accountabilities:

1. Safety – Obey implementation of company policy including SHE by implementing LSR regulation, inform any update in HIRACO, submit SHEARS, etc.

2. Team administration – Operational log sheet and check list and also personal administration such as overtime/leave/SKD

3. 5S – Conduct implementation of 5S within his/her area by follow scope and schedule activity, follow up of any finding of audit

4. Team performance – Operate Coal Handling System within standard range and inform to superior any abnormality and make sure control level of bunker as operational requirement. Do correct filling the log sheet as per actual condition

5. Problem solving & escalation – Do trouble shooting in the process in his/her shift operation and communicate with his/her group, Escalate any problem to superior that impact into operation. Submit any improvement idea to his/her superior

6. Shift Hand Over – Inform to his/her superior including current operational status, solve/unsolved problems within her/his shift, Shift report, 5S activity in his/her group
