Medical Doctor (Sarjana Kedokteran) with minimum 1 year experience in physical health or rehabilitation healthcare.

• Doctor with active & available STR.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Female Preferred
• Preferable working experience in Musculoskeletal, Pain Management and Rehabilitative Care
• Has personal interest in Sports, Spine, Musculoskeletal and Rehabilitative Care
• Familiar with the usage of Ultra Sound, TENS, and other physiotherapy modalities.
• Required language(s): English (MANDATORY active English).
• Willing to undergo intensive training and selection phase for about 8 – 10 weeks by our International Medical Advisors, on which the candidates will get training allowance IDR 5 millions +++/month. 
• After declaration of passing the training selection, the selected doctors will proceed to employment and the benefit will be adjusted (i.e., main salary & incentives range IDR 10 – 25 millions +++ /month, depends on expertise and performance). Monthly benefit consists of Main Salary, Performance Incentive and treatment commissions. 
• Required Skill(s): computer, communication, customer oriented, team work.
• Characters: Competent, energetic, sporty, pleasant personality, eager to learn new things and fast learner.
• Placement in Surabaya
• Strong time management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Deliver and participate in the excellent outpatient care according to the corporate clinical manuals, modalities and scripts for patients with musculoskeletal problems.
• Coordinate and work well with the clinical Doctor in Charge and other medical team (physiotherapists) in providing best healing experience to the patients.
• Prioritize needs and intervenes appropriately.
• Provide a level of advanced and comprehensive health assessment based on a specialist body of knowledge. To share knowledge and expertise, acting as an expert resource to others across primary and secondary care as appropriate.
• Take responsibility for the management of patients within own caseload and supervision/development of junior members of the multi-professional team.
• Is able to identify the need for appropriate diagnostic tests and interpret the results. To identify and intervene proactively where circumstances contribute to an unsafe environment for patients, staff or relatives and escalate these to the Corporate Group
• Contribute to the development and improvement of systems and processes that facilitate patient flow.
