Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Manajemen (Kesehatan & Medis) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang spesifik terhadap pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

- Develop and implement short and long term marketing strategies to increase clinic brand awareness.
- Create a comprehensive branding plan to strengthen the clinic’s image and doctor’s personal branding
- Identify market opportunities and industry trends to maximize clinic and physician visibility
- Develop promotional campaigns through social media, digital advertising, brochures and other media to introduce clinics and doctors
- Manage content on various social media platforms and the clinic’s website to attract the target audience
- Handle media relations, arrange interviews, and manage public relations activities for the clinic and doctors
- Assist doctors in developing their professional profiles through social media, blogs, articles, and other media
- Coordinate doctors’ participation in seminars, webinars, and public events to increase their exposure
- Analyze data to evaluate the performance of marketing and branding campaigns
- Prepare reports and recommendations based on analysis results for strategy improvement
- Organize community events, health seminars, and educational programs to introduce the clinic and its doctors
- Coordinate marketing activities with other departments to ensure alignment of objectives
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with experience in the healthcare industry being an advantage
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and branding strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in personal branding and online reputation management
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure
