Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Monitor and formulate strategies for optimal and efficient service delivery, aiming to leave a positive and lasting impression on customers and encourage repeat visits.

• Maintain proactive communication with customers prior to their clinic visits, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive impression, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction.

• Follow up with customers regarding their next clinic visit, serving as a liaison with the doctor to relay information related to the planned treatment aligned with the doctor’s diagnosis.

• Organize and execute promotional programs for clinic services and facilities to boost clinic revenue and attract new customers.

• Collaborate with the clinic team to implement devised strategies that enhance customer experience and satisfaction, resulting in increased sales.

• Offer solutions to address internal (within the clinic) and external (customer-related) issues, ensuring smooth operational activities.

• Coordinate with the Clinic Manager to ensure that clinic services adhere to operational standards and maintain high-quality service.

Does it match your criteria?

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Apothecary or any related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Clinical/Hospitality.

• Perfect if you have active STRA

• Good knowledge in Hospitality

• Familiarity with Personal Care and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
