Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Pelayanan & Logistik/Rantai Pasokan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami inginkan ialah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description

  • shape positive customer outcomes through effective, proactive interactions.
  • manage the customer relationship throughout the employee onboarding process, and likewise during the employee offboarding process.
  • Offer consistently excellent customer service by effectively coordinating customer and carrier requirements, answering all questions and freight forwarding needs by phone or email, and resolving all customer, carrier and loading facility issues in a timely basis
  • Submit bill of lading instructions to carriers in addition to preparing, processing, verifying for accuracy and dispatching all appropriate export – import documents
  • Handle customer inquiries.
  • Deliver fast and excellent solution to customers.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with customers.
  • Well organized, capable and practiced in handling complex and multifaceted tasks.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of problem, selecting export and import services and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure solution.
  • Responsible for preparing & checking documents and reports on export-import activities to customers.
  • Coordinate with agents related to export, import and forwarding activities.
  • Good decision making and problem solve skill.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and services questions, suggesting information about other products and services.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must process at least a Bachelor Degree.
  • Having at least 2 years of working experience as coordinator or spv. in Freight Forwarding/Logistic/ EXIM / Logistics Operation.
  • Have good leadership and problem solving
  • Can lead team and work as team work
  • Familiar with transportation and forwarding services
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Having strong and well develop communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Good communication skill, well organized, high motivation, good analytical thinking.
  • Pleasant personality, tight in follow up and detail oriented.
  • Has ability multitasking person.
  • Willing to be placed in Sunter , Jakarta Utara

In a short few years period, we now operate our own customs clearance license (PPJK), operate multiple warehouses and operate a container depot/yard. We also have a wide network of domestic agents and international agents. All these added up with our dedicated full time staffs means proper handling and shipments and keeping our customers worry free from their logistics and warehousing issues.
