Requirements :

• Domicile in Tangerang area as placement is in Cengkareng.
• Having PPJK (Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan) certificate is a must.
• Possess at least Diploma degree.
• Having at least 1-Year of working experience in the related field.
• PC and typing skills: Demonstrates familiarity of PC equipment and software and demonstrate accuracy and speed with data input.

Job Descriptions:

• To produce and check customs data and paperwork (including all additional in-company data sources) and to complete it where necessary in order to ensure timely clearance.
• To check customs data and paperwork completion accurately in line with local regulatory requirements.
• To follow up consignment process by using PIB, PIBK, CN, BC23, etc as per customer instruction properly.
• To ensure that all data entry and paperwork is fully and accurately completed.
• To ensure that commodities are acceptable in local regulation.
• To ensure timely entry for Customs of import and export paperwork and/or data.
• To comply with customs regulations at all times.
• To ensure all necessary validation checks are performed to ensure 100% data quality.
• To key in the system all the consignment and import information.
• To input all the consignment and piece information in the appropriate system, accurately and in a timely manner, completely in line with company policies, procedures and relevant operational standards
